All people receiving assistance from Wooster Hope Center must

1. live within Wayne County
2. have a picture identification
3. fall within 200% Poverty level

for those wanting to be involved in the Social Services Fair or have questions, email Emily Frazier at  efrazier@woosterhopecenter.org
